Just got back from Fred’s funeral service. I first met him about a year ago when his wife and I got to know each other. I didn’t really know him, but those who spoke about him today said awesome things about the person he was and the legacy he has left.

I’ve had an interesting morning. Woke up all psyched up for a cardio workout at the Rec center, followed by some dedicated working on my assignments.
